After Hours - Doctor on Call
The doctors at Oxford Pediatrics & Adolescents, Inc., are available 24-hours-a-day to respond to emergencies.
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after regular hours, you may reach the physician on call by phoning our office at (513)523-2156.
A recording will give you the telephone number of our physician currently on call. This recording changes daily.
Immunizations
Oxford Location Shot Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 11:30 am and 1:30 - 4:30.
Please call ahead the day you are coming to make sure a Nurse is on duty to administer the immunizations. Brookville Location Shot Hours:
Our Shot Hours vary for this Office. Please call ahead to see if a Nurse is on duty to administer the immunizations.
Ross Location Shot Hours:
It is recommended that you come in on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., as that is the day the Nurse is in.
Other Immunization times are also available by appointment.

Prescriptions
Prescriptions and refills are issued during regular hours. When requesting a prescription refill please have your pharmacy telephone number available. We strive to provide the quality care your child deserves.
Please note that our office will not call in antibiotics without first examining your child.
ADHD prescriptions cannot be phoned to your pharmacy. They must be mailed or picked up. Please allow one week for this process.
Missed Appointment Policy
We realize that there are circumstances outside of your control which may cause you to miss an appointment.
The following is our policy for missed appointments:
If you miss one (1) appointment you will be charged $20.00. If you miss another appointment you will be charged $20.00 and sent a warning letter. If you miss three (3) appointments within a year you will be dismissed from the practice.
